What is your rewards club?

WOW Pro is a free rewards program that lets you earn points on all your purchases made at buywow.com! Get special deals, sneak peeks and prizes for buying your favorite products, writing a review, or following us on social. You can also earn money by referring your friends, join here

How do I sign up for WOW Pro?

Signing up is easy! Visit buywow.com and select SIGN IN on the top right corner. Fill in the required information to create your account and you’re all set to earn rewards!

How do I earn points?

There are lots of great ways to earn WOW Pro Points! Purchasing WOW Skin Science products, posting reviews, following us on social media, and celebrating your birthday with us will reward you with redeemable points. WOW Pro makes earning points fun and easy. Make sure your shopping trip counts by signing in to your WOW Skin Science account. Watch the rewards roll in!

WOW Pro Points are not earned on delivery fees, and are automatically deducted from your account for returns and refunds. Point value per purchase is calculated based on your total after discounts, and before taxes and delivery fees are applied.

How do I spend my points?

After you’ve accumulated 500, 1000, or 2500 WOW Pro Points, you can apply them to your cart at check out on buywow.com to receive an immediate discount on your purchase. There will be special products you can trade your points in for monthly, be sure to check back often!

Can I refer friends for money?

Good friends don’t let friends have bad hair! Refer and give a friend $10 off an order over $30 after their first purchase, you’ll earn $10 off an order over $30 too. It’s a win-win!

Do points expire?

Unused points will expire after a year! Don’t stress if you have points left to use, we have tons of products to use your points on. We will remind you 30 days before your points expire so you have time to put them to use!

Can I leave a review to earn points?

Yes! We love hearing your thoughts. You can earn WOW Pro Points for leaving a review on buywow.com. Earn bonus points by including a photo or a video!

I forgot to sign in to my account when I made my purchase. Can I still earn points?

Reach out to our team at help@buywow.com, and provide us with your order number, the email address you used to place your order, and the email address associated with your account. You may receive a one-time price adjustment in this case, we’re happy to help!

Can I give my points to a friend?

At this time, points are non-transferable. It’s easy for them to sign up! Visit buywow.com and select SIGN IN on the top right corner. Fill in the required information to create your account and you’re all set to earn rewards!

How can I earn extra points?

Sign up to our email list and follow us on social media to be in the loop on any upcoming events and promotions. You’ll never know what special offer we’ll have for you!

I made a purchase on another site, can I still earn WOW Pro Points?

Points are earned only for purchases made through buywow.com.

I no longer wish to be a part of the rewards club. How do I opt-out?

You can opt-out by emailing us at help@buywow.com. One of our customer experience representatives will be happy to help you.

Are there any limitations to the number of rewards that I can redeem?

At this time, only one reward may be redeemed per purchase.

Do my WOW Pro Points expire?

Points expire after one year (12 months) of program inactivity. Your up to date point balance is accessible at any time by simply logging in to your account at buywow.com.

I returned some or all of my products. What happens to my points for that order?

The points earned from the items you returned, including any promotional or bonus points, will be deducted from your account.

What happens to my points if my entire order is cancelled?

The points earned from the cancelled order, including any promotional or bonus points, will be deducted from your account.

Can I exchange my points for cash?

WOW Pro Points cannot be exchanged for cash, and have no monetary value. We have plenty of bonuses and deals that can be redeemed with these points!

I received an email for a free product, but by the time I went to place my order, it was out of stock! What should I do?

Free product rewards will be released in limited quantities for ACE members. If you weren’t able to get your product on time, reach out to us at help@buywow.com and we’ll be happy to set you up with a product of equal or lesser value in its place.

I earned a free product. How can I redeem it?

When you achieve ACE status, you will receive a code via email for your free product. Sign in to your account at buywow.com, and navigate to your dashboard. Select the REDEEM button next to the free product reward to reveal your unique discount code. Add that product to your cart and apply the coupon code. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. You may be required to pay applicable shipping fees if the minimum shipping value is not met.

I earned a free product, but I’m not ready to add anything else to my cart. Can I order just my free product?

Yes! However, you will be required to pay applicable shipping fees to get it in your hands.

How do I update my contact info?

When will my birthday bonus points be added to my account?

Your bonus points will be rewarded once a year, on your birthday!

How do I achieve ACE status?

To achieve ACE status, you’ll need to earn 3,500 WOW Pro Points per calendar year on products purchased at buywow.com. The number of points you have earned this year determines your status for next year.

How do I achieve VIP status?

To achieve VIP status, you’ll need to earn 2,500 WOW Pro Points per calendar year on products purchased at buywow.com. The number of points you have earned this year determines your status for next year.

How do I achieve STAR status?

To achieve STAR status, you simply need to sign up for the rewards program and start shopping! Visit buywow.com and select SIGN IN on the top right corner. Fill in the required information to create your account and you’re all set to earn rewards!

What types of purchases will help me earn points?

You will earn points on all purchases made on buywow.com. Purchases made from other retailers cannot qualify for reward program points.

I qualified for a new status next calendar year, but my account has been inactive for 12 months. What happens now?

While your points will be removed from your account due to 12 months of inactivity, progressing into a new tier (yay!), awards you more opportunities to earn points. Enjoy that new status!
