Yes! We love hearing your thoughts, so you can earn WOW Pro Points for leaving a review on wowskinscience.com. 

Earn 500 points if you write a review with a photo, 750 points if you upload a video review, and 150 points if you leave a site review. 

When you complete a purchase, you will receive an email asking you to leave a product review. You can choose to enter your review on www.wowskinscience.com or straight in the email. To leave a review on www.wowskinscience.com, simply go to the product you purchased and scroll all the way down to the review section and find “Write a Review”. Please note you will have to be Verified Buyers in order to earn points for your reviews.

You can leave up to 2 reviews in 30 days. The 30-day timer starts as soon as your first review has been left successfully and awarded with points.

The points earned from the items you returned, including any promotional or bonus points, will be deducted from your account.

Reach out to our team, and provide us with your order number, the email address you used to place your order, and the email address associated with your account. You may receive a one-time points adjustment in this case, we’re happy to help! 

WOW Pro Points cannot be exchanged for cash, and have no monetary value. We have plenty of bonuses and deals that can be redeemed with these points!

Adding your birthday to your WOW Pro account is an easy way to earn points!

NOTE: The amount of points that you'll earn on your birthday increases with your status level. The more you shop, the more birthday points you'll earn!

When you achieve ACE status, you will receive a code via email for your free product. Sign in to your account at buywow.com, and navigate to your dashboard. Select the REDEEM button next to the free product reward to reveal your unique discount code. Add that product to your cart and apply the coupon code.  You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. You may be required to pay applicable shipping fees if the minimum shipping value is not met. 

Free product rewards will be released in limited quantities for ACE members. If you weren’t able to get your product on time, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to set you up with a product of equal or lesser value in its place.

Yes, we can cancel the points redemption when you redeem it by accident, or if you happen to change your mind. You may reach out to our customer support team and we will be happy to assist you.

Points expire after one year, meaning you have 12 months to use them after they were earned! For example, if you earn your first points in April, they will expire the next April, not December 31. You will receive an email one month before your points expire so you have plenty of time to use them!

Not sure how many points you have? Your up-to-date point balance is accessible at any time by simply logging in to your account at wowskinscience.com.

Your tier is calculated based on the total points you have earned within the calendar year (from January to December). Your activities within one calendar year will determine your tier for that year and the following calendar year. For example, if you earn enough points to reach the ACE tier in November of 2020. You will have the perks & benefits of the ACE tier for the rest of 2020 and all of 2021. In 2021, you will have to earn enough points to re-qualify for your ACE tier in 2022. If you do not, your tier will be recalculated based on the points that you have earned.

While your points will be removed from your account due to 12 months of inactivity, progressing into a new tier (yay!), awards you more opportunities to earn points.  Enjoy that new status!
